Should Bring With You To Urgent Care

It can be daunting to know what you need for your urgent care visit. We can help you with that! We have a list of items you can bring to make your urgent care visit easy!

1. Insurance Card

If you have an insurance card, make sure to either bring the care or a paper copy of the card. This is important as your insurance may be able to help with costs.

2. List Of Current Medications

It is important for your  urgent care to know if  you are currently taking  any medication. Make sure you have a  list if you are taking  multiple medications. 

3. Allergies

It is also important to let them know of any allergies you have. If they put you on a medication, they want to make sure there is nothing in it you are allergic to.

4. Contact Info/ Identification

Make sure to bring any contact info or identification. They can keep this info in their system after the first visit. If you have a military ID,  make sure to bring that  with you as well.

5. Payment Methods

Bring with you a payment method for your urgent care visit. Most place will accept both card and cash.
