I cannot say enough about the unparalleled level of service I received from Midlands Urgent Care and Kaylee in particular. While traveling out of town, I found myself needing a second round of antibiotics after battling a persistent illness. Kaylee had already mentioned that some cases take 2-3 rounds to resolve, so I gave them a call—and I’m so glad I did.
Kaylee’s support and customer service blew me away. Not only did she promptly help me locate a local pharmacy in the unfamiliar area I was in, but she also stayed on the phone with me while I searched for it inside the building. She didn’t just stop there; she followed up with me multiple times to ensure the prescription had been filled and even called again before closing for the night to confirm that I had everything I needed.
I have truly never been treated with such genuine care and compassion by a healthcare provider. Kaylee at Midlands Urgent Care went above and beyond, and even that phrase feels like an understatement.
